Fixed gas & flame detection
Fixed gas detectors are used to detect leaks and accidental releases of combustible and toxic gases in outdoor or indoor areas. They are mounted in places where there is potential for a gas leak, expected to protect assets and personnel. These devices are part of a system and are normally connected to a safety control unit that warns or alarms in the event of a gas leak. They are also used as a management panel to store, visualise, and forward the data to higher-level systems, like a PLC or DCS system.
